Warsaw, 17 May 2022: Majorel Polska, an international market leader in outsourcing services, has trusted Globe Trade Centre with its office choice by extending a lease agreement for the next 2 years and by leasing additional 400 meters for a new project - IT Hub. The company will remain the largest tenant of the recently modernized Globis Poznań property, occupying 3 200 sq m of A-class premium workspace. CBRE has advised Majorel Polska on concluding the lease contract.
The lease signage followed a comprehensive renovation of the landmark property in Poznań, including lobby makeover and HVAC optimization. Globis Poznań is a premium office building comprising 13 800 sq m of modernized area. The excellent location in the neighborhood of Poznań Fairs and the Old Town provides Globis’ tenants with quick access to the main railway station, numerous tram and bus lines and a convenient connection to the Ławica International Airport. Starting from December, Globis tenants also enjoy all-in-one office management app – Welcome GTC.
