New tenant at GTC: bowArte Home moves in Globis Wrocław

bowArte Home, a boutique furniture and homeware studio, has trusted Globe Trade Centre to locate its showroom by signing a lease agreement. The company will rent 256 sq m of A-class space of the Globis Wrocław.

Globis Wrocław is an A-class office building with retail and service units available at the ground floor, comprising 16 100 sq m of modern leasable area. The excellent location in the emerging central business district of Wrocław provides Globis’ tenants with quick access to the main railway and bus stations, and a convenient connection to other districts via main transport arteries. Accredited with BREEAM In-Use certificate, the office development fulfills sustainability standards in respect of the property management and maintenance procedures. Having focus on sustainability at its core, Globis Wrocław also has an apiary on the roof and has two beehives, treating tenants to several dozen kilos of honey from it annually.
