GTC appoints Witold Rafalski as the Head of Asset Management and Marcin Zaskurski as the General Counsel and Head of Legal in Poland

GTC is pleased to announce that the asset and legal teams have been empowered by two new leaders. Witold Rafalski joined GTC Poland as the Head of Asset Management and Marcin Zaskurski joined as the General Counsel and Head of Legal Department.

Witold Rafalski, the new Head of Asset Management at GTC Poland, is a professionally recognized expert of property management and technical service of commercial facilities. He has over 20 years of work experience in conducting projects concerning various commercial properties, such as office buildings and shopping centers. He has held managerial and director positions in numerous prosperous enterprises, for example Vinci Facilities Poland, Kredyt Bank, or NAI Estate Fellows. Mr Rafalski holds an Executive MBA diploma from the French Institute of Management and is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. In his current position, he will lead and expand the asset team at GTC Poland.

Marcin Zaskurski, Attorney-at-Law, brings 14 years of legal experience as the new General Counsel and Head of Legal Department at GTC Poland. Throughout his career he worked for, among others, CPI Property Group, overseeing legal advice on real estate acquisitions, sales and development in Poland, and the Neinver Group, where he held the position of regional Head of Legal responsible for Poland, Germany, Netherlands and Czech Republic. Mr Zaskurski graduated the Nicolas Copernicus University in Toruń. In his new position, he is responsible for all legal affairs at GTC Poland.
