Reorganization of key leadership positions within the Management Board of GTC

Following a decision by the GTC Supervisory Board on August 29, GTC announces a reorganization of key leadership positions within the Management Board of GTC.

Effective August 31, 2023, Mr. Gyula Nagy will take on the role of CEO, while Mr. Zsolt Farkas will assume duties as COO. GTC is expected to maintain a trajectory of steady growth under new leadership.

Mr. Gyula Nagy has experience ranging from auditing at Deloitte to key financial roles at OTP Group and CTP Group. He has been serving as the CFO and Board Member of Optima Investment Ltd. since April 2019. He holds a degree in finance and accounting from the Budapest Business School.

Mr. Zsolt Farkas has a proven track record in managing companies in various areas of the real estate industry. He studied mechanical engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Vienna University of Technology (Technische Universität Wien).
