GTC has once again received LEED certifications for the Aeropark office buildings located in Warsaw. Zephirus kept its Gold level, while Nothus upgraded its rating and achieved Platinum. Thus, the company is consistently pursuing its strategy of increasing the value of GTC's certified assets, as evidenced by the one-level-higher certification for an existing building.
Platinum LEED certification is undoubtedly one of our most important achievements this year. Nothus has been recognised for its excellent air quality results, low utility consumption and very positive feedback from the tenants. I am very proud that GTC is continuously pursuing greater and greater standards of sustainability, this is now one of the pillars of our strategy
– commented Grzegorz Strutyński, Country Manager GTC in Poland.
